Sponsor Opportunity – The Green Jacket Roost's Annual Meetup during TechNet Augusta
The Green Jacket Roost is seeking sponsors for our Annual Meetup at TechNet Augusta, and we invite organizations to partner with us in supporting our local AOC community. All sponsors will be recognized in the Roost Report, our quarterly newsletter distributed to all AOC members in the Fort Gordon area. We are offering four sponsorship tiers, each designed to provide visibility and engagement opportunities:
Platinum Sponsor – $5000
- Premier logo and name placement on event signage and materials
- Recognition during opening and closing announcements
- Opportunity to address attendees with brief welcome remarks
- Sponsor provided swag table set in the meetup area
- Sponsor provided banners or posters displayed in meeting area
- Recognition placed on event materials (including posts to LinkedIn and Facebook, and in event correspondence.)
- Platinum Level Logo/Name recognition on Chapter Website for one year
- Logo included in the local chapter’s Roost
Report for one year, includes a full one-page add in two reports.
Gold Sponsor – $2000
- Prominent logo and name placement on event signage and materials
- Recognition during opening and closing announcements
- Sponsor provided banners or posters displayed in meeting area
- Recognition placed on event materials (including posts to LinkedIn and Facebook, and in event correspondence.)
- Gold Level Logo/Name recognition on chapter website for one year
- Logo/Name included in the local chapter’s Roost Report for one year, includes one half-page add in two reports
Silver Sponsor – $1000
- Logo and name placement on event signage and materials
- Recognition placed on event materials (including posts to LinkedIn and Facebook, and in event correspondence.)
- Opportunity to address attendees with brief welcome remarks
- Silver Level Logo/Name recognition on chapter website for six months
- Logo/Name included in the local chapter’s Roost
Report for two quarters
Bronze Sponsor – $500
- Name placement on event signage and materials
- Recognition placed on event materials (including posts to LinkedIn and Facebook, and in event correspondence.)
- Bronze Level Logo/Name recognition on chapter website for 6 months
